How to Make a Cane Bread Curry Middle East

Curry cane bread is distinctive middle eastern food. with the aroma of spices and strong sensation of the tongue is able to attract enthusiasts middle eastern cuisine. 


Cane bread ingredients : 
1. super cake palmia margarine 45 gr 
2. red badge of flour 350 gr 
3. water 150 gr 
4. 5 grams of salt 
5. orchid butter coatings ( for each pcs ) 25 gr

Kare kambing ingredients : 
1. minced garlic 100 gr 
2. diced mutton 150 gr 
3. indofood bumbu kare 50 gr 
4. chopped onions 50 gr 
5. santan 100 gr

8. keseluruhan dough 550 gr 
9. salt 10 gr 
10. sugar 10 gr 
11. indofood broth powder 15 gr 

how to make bread cane : 
1. combine all ingredients until smooth. 
2. put margarine super cake palmia and stir until blended. 
3. combine eggs and pour water 
4. knead the dough until smooth and not sticky. 
5. cut dough dough weighing and weigh 60 grams. 
6. allow the dough for 4 hours then cover with cloth or plastic. 
7. dough rollers and print with a diameter of 30 cm. 
8. combine kontent with orchid butter.

how to make goat curry : 
1. mix garlic, chutney, and tumislah until really fragrant
