Pool Match

Pool match is divided into number of individuals and number of outdoor swimming team. each number has a number of swimming pools for men and women. pool used consisted of a pool with 50m. track and short-track 25 meters. 

World Record 
recognized the world record in swimming 50 meters and 25 meters for distance and style are the following : 

freestyle : 50 m, 100 m, 200 m, 400 m, 800 m, 1500 m 
backstroke : 50 m, 100 m, 200 m 
breaststroke : 50 m, 100 m, 200 m 
butterfly : 50 m, 100 m, 200 m 
individual medley : 100 m ( only competed in 25-meter pool ), 200 m, 400 m 
freestyle relay : 4 x 100 m and 4 x 200 m 
medley relay : 4 x 100 m ( order : backstroke, breaststroke, butterfly, freestyle ).

Risk 
accidents in the water because it can cause injury and death due to drowning. before entering the water, swimmers have to find out the depth of the pool, river, or who want to swim in the sea. 

swim in the river or in the ocean can be very dangerous when it comes swift currents or large waves suddenly. people who are under the influence of alcohol and drugs is forbidden to swim. 

goggles to prevent eye irritation from the person wearing it. swim in dirty water will cause skin diseases and eye irritations. in the pool, the bacteria causing the disease is controlled by administering chlorine. regular water changes will improve the sound quality of the pool water.
